 Since our wholesale properties are available on a first-come, first-served basis, MOST of our inventory is sold to our VIP Buyer's List, before they are posted on this site & to the general public.  All of our properties are sold as-is, and due to our low margins, tend to sell very quickly.

Keep in mind that the wholesale buyers list is intended for professional real estate investors who have access to cash or hard money with crews able to do repairs and capital for marketing and holding costs. Investors are encouraged to do their own due diligence.

Give us a call if you need funding for one of our deals or an outside deal that you have. Our lenders can provide funding for up to several million dollars, depending on the deal.
